Cannot recommend this place. After 9 months of failed promises (and paying over $2,000) we ended up picking up our commercial zero turn mower in worse shape than when we took it to them. Buyer beware!

I bought a new 72” diesel Grasshopper mower almost 3 years ago. I absolutely love this tractor/mower; however I’ve had to take it in twice because sensors were bad. This last time I took it in for repairs was 3 weeks ago on 07/05/2025. Called this morning to check status of it. They told me they haven’t gotten to it yet! It would take at least another week or two before they could even look at it. This leaves me in a real bind because I’m really needing it to mow my acreage. Grasshopper mower is worth the cost, but service department desperately needs to be improved and maybe hire more help. 08/19/2025 - and I still do not have my Grasshopper mower back! I’ve called every week and get nowhere with them. I’m at the point now thinking I might have to sue them.!!!!!! 09/02/2025- I called Sawgrass Equipment again today since it has been nearly 8 weeks since I took my Grasshopper mower in to be repaired since it was still under warranty. Had to leave a message since no one answered. Finally someone called me back about 3 hours later. First time anyone there has called me back in the nearly 8 weeks! He said it was ready. They actually had the parts to repair it on their shelves all

Very friendly, helpful and professional parts department. They aren’t the closest Mahindra dealer to me, but the only one I’ll use

Bought our mower here. Experience was ok at best. A few years down the road we need help making our Husqvarna run and literally the service person said, I got nothing. There's nothing else i can tell you to try. Not bring it in just good luck. Somewhere in the conversation they told us it would be $137.50/hour to fix it, which would be fine except they didn't know what to do. Don't but equipment from someone who can't service it.

Just purchased my Grasshopper Zero Turn mower from Brian at Sawgrass. Overall, great experience. Time was spent with me to answer all the questions and product comparisons of Grasshopper to the competition. I looked over the mowers on location and test drove a 48" to use at my residence. I settled on a rear discharge unit that was delivered to the dealer within a day or two. Sawgrass then delivered to my property with ease. I plan to use them for yearly maintenance where they will pick up the mower, service, and return. Grasshoppers are worldwide and made just a couple hours drive from Stillwater in Moundridge Kansas. Very happy with the purchase and service from Sawgrass.
